Through AIF DE program teachers in Haryana will become a part of a teacher led movement where teachers will be seen as a solution to solve problem of learning crisis. Within education system, teachers become part of collaborative school level network which enables them to develop the mindset, motivation, professional practices and skills to improve student learning.
